    Pemetaan dan Strategi Pembinaan Praktik Farmasi Komunitas di Kota Padangsidimpuan

    Abstract
    Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker, namun faktanya sering dijumpai bahwa Apoteker tidak berada pada tempat prakteknya. Ketidakhadiran apoteker menyebabkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian termasuk kategori di bawah standar sampai kategori kurang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melakukan pemetaan terkait kategori praktik farmasi komunitas di Kota Padangsidimpuan dan menentukan strategi pembinaan yang harus dilakukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara membagikan rubrik peniliaian secara langsung kepada 30 Apoteker penanggungjawab apotek di kota Padangsidimpuan. Data adalah identitas dan pilihan responden terhadap 2 atau 3 deskripsi tingkat pemenuhan standar dengan masing-masing skala tiga poin, 0, 2, dan 4 pada setiap elemennya. Tingkat pemenuhan standar terdiri dari kategori berdasarkan poin kumulatif, dan berdasarkan rerata poin dari masing-masing 5 aspek standar, meliputi profesionalisme, manajerial, dispensing, asuhan kefarmasian, dan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, digambarkan dalam diagram jaring laba-laba (spider web). Hasil pemetaan kategori praktek farmasi terhadap 30 praktik farmasi komunitas di kota Padangsidimpuan : 8 apotek memperoleh kategori sangat baik, 5 apotek kategori baik, 3 apotek kategori cukup, 3 apotek kategori kurang, 5 apotek kategori di bawah standar, 5 apotek kategori tidak layak, 1 apotek kategori sangat tidak layak. Praktik farmasi komunitas di Kota padangsidimpuan termasuk kategori di bawah standar, Stategi pembinaan yang dilakukan sesuai kategori yang diperoleh oleh masing-masing apotik. Sararan pembinaan adalah peningkatan level kategori apotek menjadi 1 level di atasnya. Strategi pembinaan yang di tawarkan adalah pembinaan tahap awal mengusahakan peningkatan kehadiran apoteker dari waktu ke waktu, pembinaan tahap antara meningkatkan keterlibatan apoteker dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian di apotek, pembinaan tahap lanjut meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di apotek.
     
    Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy, but in fact it is often found that pharmacists are not in practice. The absence of pharmacists causes the quality of pharmaceutical services to fall under the standard category to the poor category. The purpose of the study was to map the categories of community pharmacy practice in Padangsidimpuan City and determine the coaching strategy that must be carried out. The research was conducted by distributing an assessment rubric directly to 30 pharmacists in charge of pharmacies in the city of Padangsidimpuan. Data is the identity and choice of respondents to 2 or 3 descriptions of the level of standard compliance with three-point, 0, 2, and 4-point scales for each element. The level of standard compliance consists of categories based on cumulative points, and based on the average points of each of the 5 aspects of the standard, including professionalism, managerial, dispensing, pharmaceutical care, and public health services, depicted in a spider web diagram. The results of mapping the category of pharmacy practice to 30 community pharmacy practices in the city of Padangsidimpuan: 8 pharmacies obtained very good category, 5 pharmacies in good category, 3 pharmacies in sufficient category, 3 pharmacies in the poor category, 5 pharmacies in the substandard category, 5 pharmacies in the unfeasible category, 1 pharmacy category is not very feasible. After simulating the coaching strategy from 5 selected pharmacies, the pharmacy category increased to 1 level above it. The practice of community pharmacy in Padangsidimpuan City is included in the substandard category, the coaching strategy is carried out according to the category obtained by each pharmacy. Guidance advice is to increase the level of the pharmacy category to 1 level above it. The coaching strategy offered is the initial stage of fostering seeking to increase the presence of pharmacists from time to time, the intermediate stage of increasing the involvement of pharmacists in pharmacy work in pharmacies, developing advanced stages of improving the quality of services in pharmacies.
