    Studi Inventarisasi Emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (CO2, CH4, dan N2O) pada Sektor Transportasi Darat di Beberapa Ruas Jalan Kota Pematangsiantar

    Abstract
    Indonesia has declared its commitment to reduce its Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions by 29% (with its own efforts) and 41% (with international support) by 2030. Greenhouse gas emissions from various sources lead to climate change by increasing global surface temperatures. In terms of their impact on climate, CO2, CH4 and N2O gases are influential GHGs from the transportation sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the projected burden of greenhouse gas emissions and the reduction of the burden of greenhouse gas emissions by switching the mode of transportation from motorcycles to bicycles by calculating the GHG emission load and analyzing the effect of the number of vehicles on the GHG emission load. The research method used is a quantitative method by counting the type and number of vehicles (traffic counting) at six research locations for 12 hours per point on weekdays and holidays. This research was conducted in 6 locations in Pematangsiantar City which often experience traffic jams. The calculation method is carried out according to the Tier-2 method where the number of vehicles is multiplied by the length of the road and the vehicle emission factor. The results showed that the burden of greenhouse gas emissions in the land transportation sector in Pematangsiantar City for weekdays was 990.197,30 g CO2e/hour and for holidays (weekends) of 1.038.833,06 g CO2e/hour. The projected burden of greenhouse gas emissions in 2031 in the transportation sector in Pematangsiantar City on weekdays is 3.824.471,99 g CO2e/hour and for holidays (weekends) it is 4.015.214,08 g CO2e/hour. Based on the regression test, the number of vehicles is able to affect 100% of the emission load (CO2e) with a regression coefficient of the number of vehicles of 40,842 this means that when there is an addition of 1 (one) unit of the number of vehicles, the GHG emission load increases by 40,842 g CO2e / hour. The scenario for reducing the burden of greenhouse gas emissions generated in transportation on several roads in Pematangsiantar City is the transfer of transportation modes from motorcycles to bicycles. Based on the calculation, it was found that there was a decrease in the burden of greenhouse gas emissions after the implementation of the bicycle, the average reduction in the burden of greenhouse gas emissions was about 28,44% on weekdays and 28,06% on weekends.
     
    Indonesia telah mendeklarasikan komitmennya untuk mengurangi emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) sebesar 29% (dengan upaya sendiri) dan 41% (dengan dukungan internasional) pada tahun 2030. Emisi gas rumah kaca dari berbagai sumber mengakibatkan perubahan iklim dengan peningkatan suhu permukaan secara global. Dalam hal dampaknya terhadap iklim, gas CO2, CH4 dan N2O merupakan GRK yang berpengaruh dari sektor transportasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proyeksi beban emisi gas rumah kaca dan penurunan beban emisi gas rumah kaca dengan pengalihan moda transportasi dari sepeda motor ke sepeda dengan menghitung beban emisi GRK serta menganalisis pengaruh jumlah kendaraan terhadap beban emisi GRK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menghitung jenis dan jumlah kendaraan (traffic counting) di enam lokasi penelitian selama 12 jam per titik pada hari kerja (weekday) dan hari libur (weekend). Penelitian ini dilakukan di 6 lokasi di Kota Pematangsiantar yang sering mengalami kemacetan. Metode perhitungan dilakukan sesuai metode Tier-2 dimana jumlah kendaraan dikali dengan panjang jalan dan faktor emisi kendaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beban emisi gas rumah kaca pada sektor transportasi darat di Kota Pematangsiantar untuk hari kerja (weekday) sebesar 990.197,30 g CO2e/jam dan untuk hari libur (weekend) sebesar 1.038.833,06 g CO2e/jam. Proyeksi beban emisi gas rumah kaca di tahun 2031 pada sektor transportasi di Kota Pematangsiantar pada hari kerja (weekday) sebesar 3.824.471,99 g CO2e/jam dan untuk hari libur (weekend) sebesar 4.015.214,08 g CO2e/jam. Berdasarkan uji regresi jumlah kendaraan mampu mempengaruhi 100% beban emisi (CO2e) dengan koefisien regresi dari jumlah kendaraan sebesar 40,842 hal ini berarti ketika terjadi penambahan 1 (satu) unit jumlah kendaraan maka beban emisi GRK meningkat sebesar 40,842 g CO2e /jam. Skenario untuk penurunan beban emisi gas rumah kaca yang dihasilkan pada transportasi di beberapa ruas jalan Kota Pematangsiantar yaitu pengalihan moda transportasi dari sepeda motor ke sepeda. Berdasarkan perhitungan didapatkan bahwa adanya penurunan beban emisi gas rumah kaca setelah diterapkannya sepeda, penurunan rata rata beban emisi gas rumah kaca adalah sekitar 28,44% pada hari kerja (weekday) dan 28,06% pada hari libur (weekend).
