    Kajian Beban Emisi Pencemar Udara (CO, HC, NOx, PM10 SO2) pada Sektor Transportasi Darat di Beberapa Ruas Jalan Kota Pematangsiantar

    Abstract
    One example of a decrease in the quality of the environment can be seen from the quality of the air. Along with the increase in population, it will be followed by tourism for human needs. Among the many needs, one of them is the need for transportation. The increasing human need for transportation will affect traffic density. The effect of this growth is road congestion and traffic jams. The purpose of this research is to calculate the emission load of carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbon (HC), nitrogen oxide (NOx), 10 micron particulate matter (PM10), and Sulfur dioxide (SO2) produced from motor vehicles, calculate the projected emission load (CO, HC, NOx, PM10, and SO2) for 10 years, namely in 2031, analyze the effect of the number of vehicles on the emission load, and calculate the emission load after the transfer of transportation modes from motorcycles to bicycles. This research method by calculating the number and type of vehicles (traffic counting). The types of vehicles that are calculated are motorcycles, passenger cars, buses and trucks for twelve (12) hours on six (6) roads in Pematangsiantar City on weekdays and weekends. The number and types of vehicles calculated are multiplied by the length of the road and the emission factor of each type of vehicle. The highest load of CO emissions produced on weekdays is 269.154,68 g/hour and holidays (weekends) of 282.706,23 g/hour, the highest HC emission load is generated on weekdays of 59.280,26 g /hour and holidays (weekends) of 60.625,22 g/hour. The highest NOx emission load was produced on weekdays of 25.352,32 g/hour and on weekends of 26.655,75 g/hour. The highest PM10 emission load is produced on weekdays of 3.298,03 g/hour and on weekends of 3.386,39 g/hour. And the highest SO2 emission load is produced on weekdays of 1.204,25 g/hour and on weekends of 1.274,93 g/hour. Based on the results of linear regression analysis using SPSS version 17, the effect of the number of vehicles on CO, HC, NOx, PM10, and SO2 emissions in the transportation sector on several roads in Pematangsiantar City obtained a determination value (R2) CO (0.994), HC (0.999) , NOx (0.995), PM10 (0.985), and SO2 (0.994). The alternative scenario for reducing CO, HC, NOx, PM10, and SO2 emissions is to change the mode of transportation (motorcycles to bicycles) with the percentage reduction in CO emission load of (68,49%), HC (28,86%), NOx ( 1,41%), PM10 (1,17%), and SO2 (0,03%) on weekdays (Weekdays) and on holidays (Weekends) CO is (68,49%), HC (28,86% ), NOx (1,41%), PM10 (1,17%), and SO2 (0,03%).
     
    Salah satu contoh penurunan kualitas lingkungan hidup dapat dilihat dari kualitas udaranya. Seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk maka akan diikuti dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan manusia. Diantara banyaknya kebutuhan tersebut salah satunya adalah kebutuhan transportasi. Bertambahnya kebutuhan manusia terhadap transportasi, akan berpengaruh terhadap kepadatan lalu lintas. Efek dari pertumbuhan ini adalah kepadatan jalan raya dan membuat kemacetan pada lalu lintas. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk menghitung beban emisi karbon monoksida (CO), hidrokarbon (HC), nitrogen oksida (NOx), particulate matter 10 mikron (PM10), dan Sulfur dioksida (SO2) yang dihasilkan dari kendaraan bermotor, menghitung proyeksi beban emisi (CO, HC, NOx, PM10, dan SO2) selama 10 tahun yaitu pada tahun 2031, menganalisis pengaruh jumlah kendaraan terhadap beban emisi, dan menghitung beban emisi setelah adanya pengalihan moda transportasi dari sepeda motor ke sepeda. Metode penelitian ini dengan melakukan perhitungan jumlah dan jenis kendaraan (traffic counting). Jenis kendaraan yang dihitung yaitu sepeda motor, mobil penumpang, bus dan truk selama dua belas (12) jam pada enam (6) ruas jalan di Kota Pematangsiantar pada hari kerja (weekday) dan hari libur (weekend). Jumlah dan jenis kendaraan yang dihitung dikalikan dengan panjang jalan dan faktor emisi dari masing-masing jenis kendaraan. Beban emisi CO tertinggi yang dihasilkan pada hari kerja (weekday) sebesar 269.154,68 g/jam dan hari libur (weekend) sebesar 282.706,23 g/jam, beban emisi HC tertinggi yang dihasilkan pada hari kerja (weekday) sebesar 59.280,26 g/jam dan hari libur (weekend) sebesar 60.625,22 g/jam. Beban emisi NOx tertinggi yang dihasilkan pada hari kerja (weekday) sebesar 25.352,32 g/jam dan hari libur (weekend) sebesar 26.655,75 g/jam. Beban emisi PM10 tertinggi yang dihasilkan pada hari kerja (weekday) sebesar 3.298,03 g/jam dan hari libur (weekend) sebesar 3.386,39 g/jam. Dan beban emisi SO2 tertinggi yang dihasilkan pada hari kerja (weekday) sebesar 1.204,25 g/jam dan hari libur (weekend) sebesar 1.274,93 g/jam. Berdasarkan hasil analisa regresi linear dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 17, pengaruh jumlah kendaraan terhadap emisi CO, HC, NOx, PM10, dan SO2 pada sektor transportasi di beberapa ruas jalan Kota Pematangsiantar didapatkan nilai determinasi (R2) CO (0,994), HC (0,999), NOx (0,995), PM10 (0,985), dan SO2 (0,994). Alternatif skenario penurunan beban emisi CO, HC, NOx, PM10, dan SO2 adalah dengan pengalihan moda transportasi (sepeda motor ke sepeda) dengan persentase reduksi beban emisi CO sebesar (68,49%), HC (28,86%), NOx (1,41%), PM10 (1,17%), dan SO2 (0,03%) pada hari kerja (Weekday) dan pada hari libur (Weekend) CO sebesar (68,49%), HC (28,86%), NOx (1,41%), PM10 (1,17%), dan SO2 (0,03%).
