    Pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kesiapan Berubah Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) Sumatera Utara

    Abstract
    Kesiapan individu untuk berubah yang tidak maksimal menjadi sebab utama sebuah perubahan yang tidak berhasil (Pelletiere dalam Lizar, 2015; Susilowati, Wicaksana & Wardhani, 2019). Kesuksesan suatu proses perubahan sebuah organisasi didukung oleh kesiapan individu (Mangundjaya, 2014). Budaya organisasi yang tidak sesuai mampu menjadikan lembaga tersebut tidak adaptif dan tidak siap dalam perubahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap kesiapan berubah ASN di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sumatera Utara, untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kesiapan berubah ASN di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sumatera Utara dan untuk menguji pengaruh Self Efficacy dan budaya organisasi terhadap kesiapan berubah ASN di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan ASN Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sumatera Utara dengan jumlah populasi dan sampel penelitian ini 199 orang. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pertama Self Efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah ASN di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sumatera Utara, kedua budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah ASN di kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sumatera Utara dan yang terakhir Self efficacy dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah ASN di kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM Sumatera Utara.
     
    Individual readiness to change that is not optimal is the main cause of an unsuccessful change (Pelletiere in Lizar, 2015; Susilowati, Wicaksana & Wardhani, 2019). The success of an organizational change process is supported by individual readiness (Mangundjaya, 2014). Inappropriate organizational culture can make the institution unprepared for change. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Self Efficacy on ASN's readiness to change in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra, to examine the influence of organizational culture on ASN's readiness to change at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra and to examine the effect of Self Efficacy and organizational culture on readiness to change ASN in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra. This research was conducted on employees of the ASN Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra with a total population and sample of 199 people. The results show that firstly, Self Efficacy has a significant influence on the readiness to change the state civil apparatus in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra, both organizational culture has a significant influence on the readiness to change the state civil apparatus in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra and the last is Self-efficacy and culture. organizations together have a significant influence on the readiness to change the state civil apparatus in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra.
