    Analisis Strategi Keunggulan Bersaing (Competitive Advantage) Salon Kecantikan dalam Meningkatkan Minat Konsumen Terhadap Jasa Rumah Terapi Syar’i di Kota Kisaran

    Abstract
    The increasing number of customer requests for beauty salon services, making beauty care one of the needs of women today. Beauty salons are also supported by the increasing public need for appearance and desires which indirectly bring progress in the world of beauty. The more time goes by and the growing public demand for beauty salon services, the competition in the beauty salon industry is getting tougher. This requires that every beauty salon business can face competitive strategies and have its own advantages compared to other beauty salons. This study aims to identify and analyze the competitive advantage strategy of beauty salons in increasing consumer interest in Syar'i Therapy House services in Kisaran City. This research was conducted to see and find out how the competitive advantage strategy is carried out by Syar'i Therapy House in order to maintain the existence of its business business in increasing consumer interest in Kisaran City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by This study uses three research informants, namely key informants, key informants, and key informants who are used as resource persons who are considered capable of providing information about the object of research. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The results show that the competitive advantage strategy that has been implemented is good, but there needs to be improvements regarding promotions that are carried out to be more comprehensive and innovate so that people can easily get the information provided. The results of the research show that the competitive advantage strategy that has been implemented can be implemented properly.
     
    Semakin banyaknya permintaan pelanggan terhadap jasa salon kecantikan, membuat perawatan kecantikan menjadi salah satu kebutuhan wanita dizaman sekarang. Salon kecantikan juga di dukung dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan penampilan dan keinginan yang secara tidak langsung membawa kemajuan dalam dunia kecantikan. Semakin berjalannya waktu dan berkembangnya permintaan masyarakat terhadap jasa salon kecantikan, maka semakin ketat pula persaingan di bidang industri salon kecantikan. Hal ini mengharuskan setiap usaha salon kecantikan dapat menghadapi strategi bersaing dan memiliki keunggulan tersendiri dibandingkan dengan salon kecantikan lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi keunggulan bersaing salon kecantikan dalam meningkatkan minat konsumen terhadap jasa Rumah Terapi Syar’i di Kota Kisaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat dan mengetahui bagaimana strategi keunggulan bersaing yang dilakukan Rumah Terapi Syar’i agar dapat mempertahankan eksistensi usaha bisnisnya dalam meningkatkan minat konsumen di Kota Kisaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga informan penelitian yaitu informan kunci, informan utama ,dan informan utama yang dijadikan narasumber yang dianggap mampu memberikan informasi seputar objek peneltian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi keunggulan bersaing yang dilakukan sudah baik, namun perlu adanya perbaikan mengenai promosi yang dilakukan untuk lebih menyeluruh dan berinovasi agar masyarakat dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi yang di berikan. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa strategi keunggulan bersaing yang dilakukan sudah dapat diterapkan dengan baik.
