    Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan J&T Express di Kota Medan

    Abstract
    Perkembangan perdagangan online telah melahirkan model belanja baru. Hal ini menyebabkan munculnya pelaku usaha baru yang mencari lebih banyak pesanan pengiriman. Pelaku usaha E-Commerce menggunakan jasa ekspedisi langsung sebagai metode pengiriman. Pelaku usaha sering mengirimkan produknya kepada pembeli melalui jasa pengiriman. Jasa pengiriman mempunyai peran penting bagi e-commerce dalam mencapai keberhasilan dan pertumbuhan pasar karena konsumen maupun pelanggan ingin mendapatkan barang mereka secara cepat, sistem kualitas pelayanan yang efektif dan harga pengiriman yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan J&T Express di Kota Medan (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan J&T Express di Kota Medan (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan). Penelitian ini menggunakan 96 responden sebagai sampel penelitian dan teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis melalui uji-t dan uji-F, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS V.22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan J&T Express di Kota Medan (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan). Variabel harga tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada J&T Express di Kota Medan (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan). Secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan J&T Express di Kota Medan (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan).
     
    The development of online commerce has given birth to a new shopping model. This has led to the emergence of new businesses seeking more delivery orders. E-Commerce business actors use direct shipping services as a shipping method. Business actors often send their products to buyers through delivery services. Delivery services have an important role for e-commerce in achieving market success and growth because consumers and customers want to get their goods quickly, an effective service quality system and affordable shipping prices. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty J&T Express in the city of Medan (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan). This study was conducted to determine how much influence the quality of service and price on customer loyalty J&T Express in the city of Medan (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan). This study used 96 respondents as the research sample and the sample collection technique used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data analysis method used is instrument test through validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test through t-test and F-test, and coefficient of determination test. Tests were carried out using SPSS V.22. The results showed that the service quality variable had a significant effect on customer loyalty J&T Express in Medan City (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan). The price variable has no effect on customer loyalty at J&T Express in Medan City (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan). Simultaneously the quality of service and price affect the loyalty of J&T Express customers in the city of Medan (J&T Express Setia Budi Medan).
