    Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

    Abstract
    Budaya Organisasi merupakan suatu norma yang harus dijalankan, dianut dan ditaati yang dijadikan sebagai suatu pedoman didalam perusahaan untuk mendorong karyawan dalam perilaku positif sesama rekan kerja salah satunya dengan menunjukkan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Medan Kota yang berjumlah 53 orang dan diambil dengan menggunakan probability sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala OCB dan Budaya Organisasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan Skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Sederhana, dan Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan Ms. Excel dan SPSS ver 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh sebesar 33.7% dalam meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Pada karyawan. Artinya budaya organisasi telah dijalankan dan diterapkan dengan baik dan terinternalisasi dalam diri karyawan. Semakin baik karyawan dalam menilai budaya organisasi maka akan semakin baik keterlibatan karyawan dalam Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
     
    Organizational culture is a norm that is supposed to be conducted, embraced and obeyed which becomes a directive in the company to encourage the employee in positive behavior among colleagues as an example by indicating behaviour of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan Kota. This research applies a quantitative method approach, the used sample in this research is a permanent employee from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Medan Kota which consists of 53 people and taken by using probability sampling. The utilized measuring instrumen is OCB scale and organizational culture. The data collection uses the measured questionnaire by using Skala Likert. The applied analysis method is instrument test, classic assumption test, simple regression analysis, and hypothesis test by applying MS. Excel and SPSS ver 26. The result of this research is to indicate that organizational culture effects positive and significant role toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational behavior influences a huge percentage which is approximately 33.7% in terms of increasing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). On employee, it other words, the organizational culture has been run and applied and internalized properly in terms of employees. The better the employee in assessing the organizational culture the better the involvement of the employee toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
