    Prediksi Erosi Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Karai Dengan Metode Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE)

    Abstract
    The Ular watershed has a critical level of erosion, so the cause of erosion must be found by calculating the erosion value in the Karai sub watershed in Serdang Bedagai district and Simalungun district. This study aims to determine the magnitude of erosion and hazard categories of erosion using the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) method. This study shows that the highest erosion value was 72.28 tons/ha/yr and the lowest was 0.06 tons/ha/yr. The highest tolerable erosion value was 47 tons/ha/yr and the lowest was 17 tons/ha/yr. The highest hazard value of erosion was 1.763 has an erosion hazard class II with mild criteria and the lowest with a value of 0.001 has an erosion hazard class I with very mild criteria.
     
    Daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Ular memiliki potensi erosi kritis maka diteliti penyebab erosi dengan menghitung nilai erosi dalam sub Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Karai di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai serta kabupaten Simalungun. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui nilai besar erosi serta kategori tingkat bahaya erosi memakai metode Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE). Riset ini melakukan pemberian petunjuk adanya nilai erosi tertinggi mendapat nilai 72,28 ton/ha/thn serta terendah nilai 0,06 ton/ha/thn. Nilai erosi untuk mampu ditoleransi yang tertinggi mendapat nilai 47 ton/ha/thn serta yang terendah mendapat nilai 17 ton/ha/thn. Nilai tingkat bahaya erosi untuk tertinggi mendapat nilai 1,763 memiliki kelas risiko erosi II dengan kriteria ringan dan yang terendah mendapat nilai 0,001 memiliki kelas risiko erosi I dengan kriteria sangat ringan
