dc.description.abstract | Recruitment becomes the main role that is very useful to determine the
progress of a company or organization. Hotel Debang Resort, which experienced
the impact of a decrease in tourist visits, experienced a decrease in income while
expenses remained very diverse, so like it or not, the company had to reduce costs
or efficiency, one of which was by cutting employee salaries so that employees
decreased. To overcome this, the company tries to recruit human resources, either
from internal or external and the selection stage is through interviews. However,
Hotel Debang Resort Silalahi encountered problems in finding human resources
who could meet the qualifications required by the company.
This study aims to determine the analysis of the recruitment system in
improving employee performance at the Hotel Debang Resort Silalahi. How the
Recruitment System at the Hotel Debang Resort Silalahi will be analyzed through
theory and how to improve employee performance at the Hotel.
His study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data
collection techniques through interviews and observations. There are 7
informants in the study, including employees and customers of Hotel Debang Resort
Silalahi.
The result of the research is that the recruitment of Hotel Debang Resort
Silalahi more often uses recruitment through referrals because employees obtained
through referrals are considered to be more reliable than employees obtained from
the write-in method and advertisements. Employee performance obtained from the
referral method is also better than the write-in and advertising methods as proven
by the Google Travel rating rating of 4 stars and above, visitor satisfaction and
maintained cleanliness of the workspace. The recruitment process for Hotel
Debang Resort Silalahi is carried out unscheduled and systematically. New
employee recruitment is carried out when the Hotel requires additional manpower
or there are vacant positions. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Rekrutmen menjadi peran utama yang sangat berguna untuk menentukan
kemajuan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi. Hotel Debang Resort yang mengalami
dampak dari penurunan kunjungan wisatawan sehingga mengalami penurunan
pendapatan sementara pengeluaran tetap sangat beragam sehingga mau tidak mau,
perusahaan harus melakukan penekanan biaya atau efisiensi, salah satunya dengan
memotong gaji karyawan sehingga mengalami penurunan karyawan. Untuk
mengatasi hal tersebut, perusahaan berusaha melakukan rekrutmen sumber daya
manusia, baik dari internal atau eksternal dan tahap seleksi melalui wawancara.
Namun demikian, Hotel Debang Resort Silalahi mengalami kendala dalam
menemukan sumber daya manusia yang dapat memenuhi kualifikasi yang
dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis sistem rekrutmen dalam
meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Debang Resort Silalahi. Bagaimana
Sistem Rekrutmen di Hotel Debang Resort Silalahi akan dianalisis melalui teori dan
bagaimana peningkatan kinerja karyawan di Hotel.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskripstif dengan
teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. informan pada
penelitian berjumlah 7 orang diantaranya adalah karyawan dan pelanggan Hotel
Debang Silalahi.
Hasil penelitian yaitu rekrutmen Hotel Debang Resort Silalahi lebih sering
menggunakan rekrutmen melalui referal karena karyawan yang diperoleh melalui
referal dinilai sudah lebih terpercaya dibandingkan karyawan yang diperoleh dari
metode write in dan iklan. Kinerja karyawan yang diperoleh dari metode referal
juga lebih baik dibandingkan metode write in dan iklan yang terbukti dengan rating
penilaian google travel bintang 4 keatas , kepuasaan pengunjung dan kebersihan
ruang kerja yang terjaga.Proses rekrutmen Hotel Debang Resort Silalahi dilakukan
tidak terjadwal dan sistematis. Rekrutmen karyawan baru dilaksanakan ketika Hotel
membutuhkan tenaga kerja tambahan atau ada posisi yang kosong. | en_US |
