    Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja terhadap Pengembangan Karir Karyawan di Hotel Prima Indah Kota Sibolga Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

    Abstract
    Working in an organization or company, every leader definitely needs employees who are able to master their field of work. This shows that employees who have work experience and good work performance are needed to achieve organizational or company performance. The same is the case with Hotel Prima Indah Sibolga which has employees with work experience and good work performance. This will help each employee to be able to develop their next career. This study aims to analyze the influence of work experience and work performance on the career development of employees at the Prima Indah Hotel, Sibolga City. The influence between work experience and work performance will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee career development. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents as a population. The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires while the secondary data was obtained through a literature study. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work experience (X1) and work achievement (X2) had a significant effect on employee career development (Y). The coefficient of determination test has a close relationship between work experience and work performance on employee performance with an R value of 0.694. Through the Adjusted R square value of 0.444 there is a contribution of work experience and work performance of 48.2% to employee performance. While the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study.
     
    Bekerja di sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan setiap pimpinan pasti membutuhkan karyawan yang mampu dalam menguasai bidang pekerjaannya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang punya pengalaman kerja dan prestasi kerja yang baik sangat diperlukan untuk tercapainya kinerja organisasi atau perusahaan. Sama halnya dengan Hotel Prima Indah Sibolga yang memiliki karyawan dengan pengalaman kerja dan prestasi kerja yang baik. Hal ini akan membantu setiap karyawan untuk mampu mengembangkan karir mereka selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan prestasi kerja terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan di Hotel Prima Indah Kota Sibolga. Pengaruh antara pengalaman kerja dan prestasi kerja tersebut akan dianalisis secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan data yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 30 responden sebagai populasi. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman kerja (X1) dan Prestasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir Karyawan (Y). Uji koefisien determinasi terdapat hubungan yang erat antara pengalaman kerja dan prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai R sebesar 0,694. Melalui nilai Adjusted R square sebesar 0,444 terdapat kontribusi pengalaman kerja dan prestasi kerja sebesar 48,2% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.
