    Pengamh Stres Kelja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Bank Sumut Cabang Stabat

    Abstract
    Background in this study is the increase in customer complaints of PT Bank Sumur Stabat Branch regarding services from employees which are felt to be decreasing due to various factors, one of which is the increasing workload due to the increase in banking service products, as well as the company's efficiency in responding to the pandemic so that it has not made additional human resources. thus causing work stress on employees and decreased motivation to work so that it interferes with employee performance and Company Performance. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the effect of work stress on employee performance; (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance; (3) the effect of work stress and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Bank Sumut Caban Stabat. The sample in this study were all 35 employees of PT Bank Sumut. This study uses theassociative method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method usedis validity and rehabilitation test, classical assumption test, multipleregression analysis test, hypothesis test through ttest and f-test, coefficient ofdetermination test. The test was carried out using the help of SPSS 22.0. Based on the research, it was found that the work stress variable (X1)on employee performance, where the t-count value is 2.208 and the ttablevalue is 1.693, it can be said that t-count > t-table (2.208>1.693) with asignificance value of 0.035 < 0, 05 and the work motivation variable (X2) hasa positive effect on employee performance. Where the results of dataprocessing obtained t-count value of 4.223 and t-table value of 1.693, then tcount > t-table (4.223 > 1.693) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.Based on the results of the research, the f-count of 33,827 indicates that thef-count > f-table (33,827 > 3.29) and the significance level of 0.00 < 0.05indicates that work stress and work motivation have a simultaneous effect onthe performance of employees of PT. Bank Sumut branch of Stabat.
     
    Latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya komplain nasabah PT Bank Sumut Cabang Stabat terkait pelayanan dari pegawai yang dirasa semakin menurun yang disebabkan berbagai faktor salah satunya semakin bertambahnya beban pekerjaan pegawai yang disebabkan pertambahan produk layanan perbankan, serta efisiensi perusahaan dalam merespon pandemi sehingga belum melakukan penambahan sumber daya manusia sehingga menyebabkan stress kerja pegawai dan menurunnya motivasi dalam bekerja sehingga mengganggu kinerja karyawan dan organisasi. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawwan PT Bank Sumut Caban Stabat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan karyawan PT Bank Sumut sebanyak 35 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan rehabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis melalui uji-t dan uji-f, uji koefisien determinasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 22.0. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel stress kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,208 dan nilai t-tabel 1,693 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa t-hitung > t-tabel (2,208>1,693) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.035 < 0.05 dan variabel motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif pada kinerja karyawan. Dimana hasil pengolahan data diperoleh hasil nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,223 dan nilai t-tabel 1.693 maka t-hitung > t-tabel (4,223 > 1,693) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil f-hitung sebesar 33,827 menunjukkan bahwa fhitung > f-tabel (33,827 > 3,29) dan tingkat signifikansinya 0.00 < 0.05 menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawanPT. Bank Sumut Cabang Stabat.
