    Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Komitmen Afektif terhadap Kesiapan Pegawai Untuk Berubah di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirtanadi Medan

    Abstract
    Changes in digitization at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan as a form of the organization's efforts to overcome the problem of offline services to become online. The importance of employee readiness to change at PDAM Tirtanadi Medan will support the implementation of the planned transformation as expected. Organizational citizenship behavior in a business organization is reflected in the initiative and participatory behavior of employees in carrying out organizational goals so that changes planned by the organization can also run well. Affective commitment besides that is also needed to increase high work desire and encourage the achievement of planned changes. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and affective commitment on employee readiness to change at the Tirtanadi Regional Water Company, Medan. The influence between Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and affective commitment will be analyzed partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative methods involving 88 employees as research samples. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The data collection used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale which is distributed to respondents via google form. The data analysis technique used instrument test of reliability validity, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using SPSSassisted multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational citizenship behavior Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and affective commitment have a significant effect on employee readiness to change at the Regional Water Company Tirtanadi Medan by 14,6%. This means that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and affective commitments owned by employees have been sufficiently internalized with the work behavior of employees although they still need improvement in order to prepare employees for change.     Perubahan digitalisasi pada PDAM Tirtanadi Medan sebagai bentuk dari upaya organisasi mengatasi permasalahan layanan offline menjadi online. Pentingnya kesiapan pegawai untuk berubah di PDAM Tirtanadi Medan akan mendukung terselenggaranya transformasi yang direncanakan sesuai harapan. Organizational citizenship behavior pada suatu organisasi bisnis tercermin dari perilaku inisiatif dan berpartisipatif pegawai dalam menjalankan tujuan organisasi sehingga perubahan yang direncanakan oleh organisasi juga dapat berjalan dengan baik. Komitmen afektif disamping itu juga dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan keinginan kerja yang tinggi dan mendorong tercapainya perubahan yang direncanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan komitmen afektif terhadap kesiapan pegawai untuk berubah di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirtanadi Medan. Pengaruh antara Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan komitmen afektif tersebut akan dianalisis secara parsial dan secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 88 orang pegawai sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert yang disebarkan kepada responden melalui google form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen validitas reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda berbantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan komitmen afektif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan pegawai untuk berubah di Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirtanadi Medan sebesar 14,6%. Artinya perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan komitmen afektif yang dimiliki oleh pegawai sudah cukup terinternalisasi dengan perilaku bekerja yang dimiliki pegawai meskipun masih perlu peningkatan agar menyiapkan pegawai dalam perubahan, Semakin tinggi perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan komitmen afektif maka semakin tinggi kesiapan pegawai untuk berubah
