    Pengaruh Psychological Capital dan Work Engagement terhadap disiplin Kerja Karyawan di PT Vector 41

    Abstract
    Work discipline is needed by the company to be able to achieve a high level of productivity so that the company’s goals can be achieved. The work discipline itself may be influenced by two factors, namely psychological capital and work engagement. This research aims to see the effect of psychological capital and work engagement toward work discipline in PT Vector 41. The respondents used in this study were all employees of PT Vector 41, with the total of 85 respondents. Furthermore, for the research method, this research used quantitative method and the data were acquired by using psychological capital scale, work engagement scale, and work discipline scale. The data were analyzed using a multiple regression analysis method, which is processed by using the SPSS software. The findings of this study shows that there is a positive and significant effect of psychological capital on work discipline. Moreover, work engagement also has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Lastly, psychological capital and work engagement simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work discipline.
     
    Disiplin kerja sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk dapat mencapai tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai. Disiplin kerja itu sendiri dapat dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu psychological capital dan work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh psychological capital dan work engagement terhadap disiplin kerja di PT Vector 41. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Vector 41, dengan jumlah 85 responden. Selanjutnya, untuk metode penelitian, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan skala psychological capital, skala work engagement, dan skala disiplin kerja. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, yang diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan psychological capital terhadap disiplin kerja. Selain itu, work engagement juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Terakhir, psychological capital dan work engagement secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja.
