Pengaruh Perceived Ease Of Use dan Perceived Usefulness Terhadap Behavior Intention digital Payment OVO di Kota Pematangsiantar

Abstract

Technological developments make people to experience all the changes that occu. One of them is technology in payment system. The development of technological systems now makes cashless payments. In Indonesia, the government is launching a cashless program for the community with several programs being implemented. The growth of financial technology has also made people more motivated to transact cashless. Digital payment technology has penetrated all levels of society. One of them is the OVO application. The dominance of the use of OVO compared to other digital payments creates various perceptions of the benefits and easyaccess offered by the application. This study aims to analyze how the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on behavior intention digital payments in Pematangsiantar City. The form of this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study were all OVO digital payment users in Pematangsiantar City with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling by purposive sampling. The data collection technique was carried out with primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires through google form and secondary data obtained through literature study. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test and processed through SPSS Software. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Ease Of Use has a significant effect on behavior intention with a sig value of 0.015<0.05 and has a positive regression coefficient of 0.286. Perceived Usefulness has no significant effect on behavior intention. The result obtained with a sig value of 0.146>0.05 and tcount 1.466<1.984, but has a regression coefficient value of 0.352. in simultaneous testing, the variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a simultaneous effect with a level of influence of 37,4%, while the remaining 62,6% is influenced by factors outside this research model.

Perkembangan teknologi menjadikan orang-orang untuk mengalami segala perubahan yang terjadi, salah satunya teknologi pada sistem pembayaran. Perkembangan sistem teknologi kini menjadikan pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara cashless. Di Indonesia sendiri, pemerintah sedang mencanangkan program cashless bagi masyarakat dengan beberapa program yang dijalankan. Pertumbuhan teknologi finansial juga menjadikan masyarakat lebih tergerak untuk bertransaksi secara cashless. Teknologi digital payment telah merambah pada seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah aplikasi digital payment OVO. Dominasi penggunaan OVO dibandingkan digital payment lain menimbulkan berbagai persepsi akan manfaat dan akses kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness terhadap behavior intention digital payment di Kota Pematangsiantar. Bentuk penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna OVO di Kota Pematangsiantar dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probablility sampling dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi serta diolah melalui Software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease Of Use berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap behavior Intention dengan nilai sig 0.015 < 0.05 serta memiliki koefisien regresi positif sebesar 0.286, Perceived Usefulness tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behavior intention,hasil diperoleh dengan nilai sig 0.146 > 0.05 serta thitung 1.466 < 1.984, namun memiliki nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.352. Pada pengujian simultan variabel Perceived Ease Of Use dan Perceived Usefulness berpengaruh secara simultan dengan tingkat besarnya pengaruh sebesar 37,4%, sedangkan 62,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor di luar model penelitian ini.
