dc.description.abstract | The turbulent environment and increasingly sophisticated technology force organizations to have the capability to overcome problems and opportunities both in the internal and external environments in a responsive, competent, flexible, fast, and agile manner called agility to increase the organization's competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the effect of clan culture and workforce agility on organizational agility. The subjects of this study were 106 employees of PT PLN Persero UIW North Sumatra. The measuring tools used in this research are OCAI scale, workforce agility scale, and organizational maturity model. The data obtained were then processed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that clan culture and workforce agility simultaneously had a positive effect on organizational agility with a value of Fcount > Ftable (141,576 > 3.08) and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), with an adjusted R Square of 0.728. Clan culture is a more dominant predictor in making organizational agility and this organization is in the stage of agility transition. The implication of this study shows that improving organizational agility can be done by increasing clan culture and workforce agility in the organization. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Lingkungan yang bergejolak dan teknologi yang semakin canggih memaksa organisasi untuk memiliki kapabilitas dalam mengatasi permasalahan maupun peluang baik dilingkungan internal maupun lingkungan eksternal secara responsif, kompetensi, fleksibelitas, cepat, dan tangkas yang disebut dengan agility untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh clan culture dan workforce agility terhadap organizational agility. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT PLN Persero UIW Sumatera Utara sebanyak 106 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah skala OCAI, skala workforce agility, dan organizational maturity model. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa clan culture dan workforce agility secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational agility dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (141.576 > 3.08) dan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.000 (p < 0.05), dengan adjusted R Square sebesar 0.728. Clan culture merupakan prediktor yang dominan dalam menjadikan organizational agility dan organisasi berada pada tahap agility transition. Implikasi dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan organizational agility dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan clan culture dan workforce agility dalam organisasi. | en_US |
