    Pengaruh Pemberian Kalsium Dan Magnesium Terhadap Penyerapan Timbal Pada Mencit Jantan (Mus Musculus L.)

    Abstract
    Penyerapan logam toksik seperti timbal didalam pencernaan akan dipengaruhi oleh kalsium dan magnesium. Jika kalsium dan magnesium sangat rendah dalam air minum, maka apabila dalam makanan terdapat logam timbal walaupun dalam jumlah sedikit, akan mudah diserap oleh tubuh. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh pemberian kalsium dan magnesium terhadap penyerapan timbal pada mencit jantan (Mus musculus L.). Bahan yang digunakan adalah Kalsium Karbonat, Magnesium Karbonat dan Timbal Asetat. Sebanyak 60 ekor mencit jantan (Mus musculus L.) dibagi menjadi 10 kelompok. Semua kelompok diberikan dosis timbal dengan dosis 40 mg/kgbb/hari, Kemudian untuk kelompok P1 diberikan air tanpa mineral, P2 - P4 diberikan kalsium masing-masing 25 mg/kgbb/hari, 35 mg/kgbb/hari dan 45 mg/kgbb/hari, P5 - P7 diberikan kombinasi kalsium dan magnesium masing-masing Ca 25 mg/kgbb/hari dan Mg 35 mg/kgbb/hari, Ca 35 mg/kgbb/hari dan Mg 35 mg/kgbb/hari, Ca 45 mg/kgbb/hari dan Mg 25 mg/kgbb/hari. P8 - P10 diberikan magnesium masing-masing 25 mg/kgbb/hari, 35 mg/kgbb/hari dan 45 mg/kgbb/hari. mencit diambil darahnya sekali 2 minggu selama 3 bulan. Kemudian diukur dengan menggunakan Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom (SSA) nyala asetilen-udara pada panjang gelombang 283,3 nm. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan analisa statistik regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kalsium, magnesium dan kombinasinya mengalami penurunan terhadap penyerapan timbal pada mencit jantan (Mus musculus L.). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kalsium, magnesium dan kombinasinya berpengaruh nyata terhadap penyerapan timbal pada mencit jantan (Mus musculus L.) dengan persen penurunan sebesar 97%, 91,98% dan 98,48%. Berdasarkan hasil diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian kalsium dan magnesium mampu mempengaruhi penyerapan timbal pada mencit. Dengan dosis yang semakin tinggi akan semakin menurunkan penyerapan timbal.
     
    Toxic metals such as lead absorption in digestion will affect calcium and magnesium. If the calcium and magnesium in drinking water is very low, then when the food contained metallic lead though in small amounts, will be easily absorbed by the body if low calcium and magnesium in drinking water. The study aims to determine the effect of calcium and magnesium to the absorption of lead in male mice (Mus musculus L.). Materials used are Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate and Lead Acetate. This study used male mice (Mus musculus L.) were 60 male mice (Mus musculus L.) samples were divided into 10 groups. All groups were given doses of lead acetate at a dose of 40 mg/kg/day, then for group P1 given water without minerals, P2 - P4 given calcium each 25 mg/kg/day, 35 mg/kg/day and 45 mg/kg/day, P5 - P7 given the combination of calcium and magnesium each Ca 25 mg/kg/day and Mg 35 mg/kg/day, Ca 35 mg/kg/day and Mg 35 mg/kg/day, Ca 45 mg/kg/day and Mg 25 mg/kg/day. P8 - P10 is given magnesium each 25 mg/kg/day, 35 mg/kg/day and 45 mg/kg/day. Blood samples were taken 2 weeks for 3 months. Then the absorption of lead assayed using atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) air-acetylene flame at a wavelength of 283.3 nm. The data obtained were analyzed statistically by multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The results of this study showed that administration of calcium, magnesium, and combinations thereof decreased the absorption of lead on male mice (Mus musculus L.). Statistical analysis showed that the administration of calcium, magnesium, and combinations thereof significantly affect the absorption of lead on male mice (Mus musculus L.) with the percent decrease of 97 %, 91.98 % and 98.48 %. Based on the results above it can be concluded that the administration of calcium and magnesium is able to affect the absorption of lead in mice With the higher doses will further decrease the absorption of lead.
