Strategi Kesantunan dalam Tindak Tutur Direktif Reality Show Back to The Field: Kajian Pragmatik 《向往的生活》中的指示性言语行为与礼貌策略：语用学研究 《Xiàngwǎng De Shēnghuó》Zhōng De Zhǐshìxìng Yányǔháng Wéi Yǔ Lǐmàocèlüè ：Yǔyòngxué Yánjiū

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe the form of directive speech acts and the use of politeness strategies in Reality Show Back to the Field向往的生活(xiàngwǎng deshēnghuó). This research is using the Austin and Leech’s speech act theory and Brown and Levinson's politeness strategies theory. This research is classified as a descriptive qualitative research with the data source in the form of directive speech acts included in reality show, while the process of collecting the data are refers to the free-of-conversation listening technique, recording technique and also note-taking technique. There are 52 directive speech acts found in this research, including orders, requests, prohibitions, and suggestions. Those directive speech acts are likely to use 4 Brown and Levinson’s politeness strategies followed by the use of certain sub-strategies. Among the 52 directive speech acts data, 31% using bald on record strategy；58% using positive strategy; 9% using negative strategies; and only 2% using off records or indirect strategies.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan deskripsi terhadap bentuk-bentuk tindak tutur serta penggunaan strategi kesantunan dalam tindak tutur Reality Show Back to the Field. Dalam menjawab rumusan masalah digunakan teori tindak tutur Austin dan Leech, sedangkan penggunaan strategi kesantunan berorientasi pada teori strategi kesantunan Brown dan Levinson. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan sumber data berupa tuturan direktif dalam reality show yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik simak bebas libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Dari penelitian ditemukan sebanyak 52 tindak tutur direktif berbentuk perintah, permintaan, larangan, dan anjuran yang menggunakan 4 strategi kesantunan Brown dan Levinson diikuti penggunaan sub-strategi tertentu. Dari 52 data tindak tutur direktif tersebut 31% menggunakan strategi bald on record；58% memakai strategi kesantunan positif; 9% menggunakan strategi kesantunan negatif; dan hanya 2% yang menggunakan strategi off records atau tidak langsung.
