Peramalan Jumlah Nilai FOB Ekspor Kabupaten Batubara dari Sektor Industri Untuk Tahun 2026

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the forecast of the total FOB value of coal district exports from the industrial sector for 2026 using the Double Moving Average Method. Forecasting is a science that predicts future events using historical data (past data) and projects that data into the future in the form of mathematical models. The development of exports in Batu Bara Regency is an important role holder in the development of North Sumatra's exports. Exports can advance the economy of a country and region, especially in Coal Regency. With data on the Total Value of Export FOB from the industrial sector based on 2011 to 2020, it will be predicted the amount of export FOB value from the industrial sector for 2019. From the 2011-2020 data, the number of Export FOB values from the industrial sector, exports of Coal Regency experienced an increase and decrease, experiencing the highest increase in 2017, namely 1,990,119 US Dollars and a decrease in 2019, namely 782,573 US Dollars. Using the double moving average method, the results of forecasting the amount of FOB value of coal district exports from the industrial sector for 2026 were obtained, namely 1,007,705 US Dollars. The results of the forecasting of the number of FOB values of exports of Coal Regency have decreased from year to year so that it is expected that the Coal Regency government will continue to pay attention to and maximize export activities in Batu bara Regency in terms of quality or quantity

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ramalan jumlah nilai FOB ekspor Kabupaten Batu Bara dari sektor industri untuk tahun 2026 dengan menggunakan Metode Rata-Rata Bergerak Ganda (Double Moving Average). Peramalan (forecasting) sebagai ilmu yang meramalkan keadaan di masa depan menggunakan data historis yang akurat dan memproyeksikan data tersebut pada masa mendatang dalam bentuk model matematika. Ekspor juga disebut sebagai aktivitas pengiriman produk dari wilayah pabean Indonesia bagian dalam menuju wilayah pabean Indonesia bagian luar. Perkembangan ekspor di Kabupaten Batu Bara termasuk pemegang peran penting dalam perkembangan ekspor Sumatera Utara. Ekspor dapat memajukan perekonomian suatu negara dan daerah khususnya di Kabupaten Batu Bara. Dengan data Jumlah Nilai FOB Ekspor dari sektor industri berdasarkan tahun 2011 hingga 2020 akan diramalkan jumlah nilai FOB ekspor dari sektor industri untuk tahun 2019. Dari data 2011-2020 jumlah nilai FOB ekspor dari sektor industri, ekspor Kabupaten Batu Bara mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan, mengalami kenaikan tertinggi pada tahun 2017 yaitu 1.990.119 US Dollar dan mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2019 yaitu 782.573 US Dollar. Dengan menggunakan metode rata-rata bergerak ganda, diperoleh hasil peramalan jumlah nilai FOB ekspor Kabupaten Batu Bara dari sektor industri untuk tahun 2026 yaitu 1.007.705 US Dollar. Hasil peramalan jumlah nilai FOB ekspor Kabupaten Batu Bara mengalami penurunan dari tahun ke tahun sehingga diharapkan pihak pemerintah Kabupaten Batu Bara untuk terus memperhatikan dan memaksimalkan kegiatan ekspor di Kabupaten Batu bara dari segi kualitas ataupun kuantitasnya.
