dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior on employees of Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Kisaran. To find out and analyze the influence of organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior in Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Kisaran employees. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment and organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior among employees of Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Kisaran.
This study uses the associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all employees of Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Kisaran as many as 69 respondents. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test through t-test and f-test, coefficient of determination test.
Based on the research, it was found that the variable of organizational commitment has a partial effect on organizational citizenship behavior, this can be proven by the value of tcount (4.311) > ttable (1.966). While the organizational climate variable has a partial effect on organizational citizenship behavior, this is evidenced by the value of tcount (5.439) > ttable (1.966). Based on simultaneous testing that the variable organizational citizenship behavior simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and organizational climate tcount (59.660) > ttable (3.14) and obtained an R value of 0,802 and the Adjusted R Square in this study is 0,633 then the rest 36.7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Kisaran. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Kisaran. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship Behavior pada karyawan Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Kisaran.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Kisaran sebanyak 69 orang responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis melalui uji-t dan uji-f, uji koefisien determinasi.
Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung (4,311) > ttabel (1,966). Sedangkan variabel iklim organisasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung (5,439) > ttabel (1,966). Berdasarkan pengujian secara serentak bahwa variabel organizational citizenship behavior secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi thitung (59,660) > ttabel (3,14) dan diperoleh nilai R 0,802 serta nilai Adjusted R Square dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,633. Kemudian sisanya sebesar 36,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. | en_US |
