    Pengaruh Komitmen Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 10 Dolok Sanggul

    Abstract
    The world of banking is increasingly developing to be used by the public for financial inclusion. The Rural Bank is one of the institutions needed by the community as a financial service. PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 10 Doloksanggul company. BPR revitalization through policies to increase productivity, competence, and skills, but also by fully complying with the corridors of the Implementation of BPR Governance. To find out the work commitment and job satisfaction of employees in the process of revitalizing human resources in the context of operational efficiency and effectiveness This study aims to analyze the effects of work commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 10 Doloksanggul. The influence of the related variables, namely work commitment and job satisfaction, was analyzed partially and simultaneously on performance. This research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling using a saturated sampling technique using 30 respondents as the research sample In this study, primary data was gathered by distributing questionnaires via Google Forms and traditional questionnaires, while secondary data was gathered through literature searches. The analytical methods used are validity testing, classical assumption testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted indicate that the work commitment variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on performance. And while the job satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on performance, work commitment and job satisfaction variables simultaneously affect performance. Based on the coefficient of determination test, there is a fairly close relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on performance, with an R value of 0.673. Through the value of adjusted R square, there is a contribution of performance commitment and job satisfaction of 41.3% to performance. while the remaining 58.7% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study.
     
    Dunia perbankan semakin lama semakin berkembang untuk dipakai masyarakat dalam inklusi keuangan. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat salah satu lembaga yang dibutuhkan masyarakat sebagai salah satu layanan keuangan. PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 10 Doloksanggul perusahaan. Revitalisasi BPR melalui kebijakan peningkatan produktivitas, kompetensi dan ketrampilan, namun dengan mematuhi sepenuhnya koridor dalam Penerapan Tata Kelola BPR. Untuk mengetahui komitmen kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan dalam proses revitalisasi Sumber Daya Manusia dalam rangka efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh komitmen kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Nusantara Bona Pasogit 10 Doloksanggul. Pengaruh antara variabel terkait yaitu komitmen kerja dan kepuasan kerja dilakukan analisis secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan menggunakan 30 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dan kuesioner konvensional, dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel komitmen kerja (X1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dan variabel kepuasan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, variabel komitmen kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja. Berdasar uji koefisien determinasi terdapat hubungan yang cukup erat antara motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja dengan nilai R sebesar 0,673. Melalui nilai Adjusted R square terdapat kontribusi komitmen kinerja dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 41,3% terhadap kinerja. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan pada penelitian ini.
