Pengaruh Kualitas dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Biodiesel30 (Studi pada Konsumen Biodiesel30 SPBU PT. Pertamina Wilayah Kerja Kecamatan Medan Amplas)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The effect of product quality and price partially on consumer purchasing decisions for fuel B30 gas station PT. Pertamina in the working area of Medan Amplas District: (2) The effect of product quality and price simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions for B30 fuel at PT. Pertamina working area in Medan Amplas District. This research was conducted using associative research methods and quantitative approaches. The data analysis used is validity and rehabilitation test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test through t-test and f-test, coefficient of determination test. The test was carried out using the help of SPSS v25. Based on the research, the tcount value of product quality (X1) is 4.697 > 1984 (t table) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, the t-count value is 2.055 > 1984 and the significance value is 0.043 < 0.05 so that the variables X1 and X2 are declared to have a positive and partially significant effect on Purchase decision (Y). Simultaneous test value (F test) with F count 11.253 > 3.09 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that the two independent variables (X1 and X2) are stated to have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Purchase Decisions (Y). The magnitude of the simultaneous influence (together) of the purchase decision and price variables is obtained from the Rvalue Square of 39.3%. This means that 39.3% of consumers' purchasing decisions B30 gas stations PT. Pertamina's working area in the Medan Amplas sub-district is influenced by the quality of the product and the price of B30 itself, and the remaining 60.7% is influenced by other variables.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen bahan bakar B30 Spbu PT. Pertamina wilayah kerja Kecamatan Medan Amplas: (2) Pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen bahan bakar B30 SPBU PT. Pertamina wilayah kerja Kecamatan Medan Amplas Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian assosiatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan rehabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis melalui uji-t dan uji-f, uji koefisien determinasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS v25. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung kualitas produk (X1) sebesar 4.697 > 1984 (t tabel) dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05, nilai t hitung 2.055 > 1984 dan nilai seignifikansi 0.043 < 0.05 sehingga variabel X1 dan X2 dinyatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Keputusan pembelian (Y). Nilai uji simultan (Uji F) dengan F hitung 11.253 > 3.09 denan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga kedua variabel bebas (X1 dan X2) dinyatakan memeiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara serentak terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Besaran pengaruh simultan (bersama-sama) variabel keputusan pembelian dan harga adalah didapatkan dari nilai R Square sebesar 39.3%. Artinya sebesar 39.3% keputusan pembelian konsumen B30 SPBU PT. Pertamina wilayah Kerja Kecamatan Medan Amplas dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk dan harga B30 itu sendiri, dan 60.7% sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain.
