Pengaruh Penerapan Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) pada PT. Ika Bina Argo Wisesa terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (Studi pada Desa Guha Uleue, Kec. Kuta Makmur, Kab. Aceh Utara)

Abstract

PT. Ika Bina Argo Wisesa believes that they can help to improve the social welfare of Guha Uleue Village by Corporate Social Responsibility. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of implementation of CSR PT. Ika Bina Argo Wisesa to the social welfare of the community in the village of Guha Uleue . The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, as many as 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used validity and reliability tests, then simple linear regression analysis, and tested the hypothesis using the T test (partial) and also the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study indicate that the CSR implementation variable (X) has a positive influence on the welfare variable (Y), this is indicated by the results obtained based on the reliability test. 0.736> 0.6 which means it is declared reliable. Meanwhile, the reliability of Community Welfare (Y) can be said to have a cronbach alpha value of 0.737>0.6 which means it is declared reliable. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT. Ika Bina Argo Wisesa has a significant and positive influence on the welfare of the community in Guha Uleue Village. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Ika Bina Argo Wisesa is very useful and plays an important role in improving the welfare of the community around the company, especially the Guha Uleue village community.

PT. Ika Bina Argo Wisesa yakin bahwa dengan tanggung jawab soaial perusahaaan mereka dapat membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Guha Uleue. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan dari CSR PT. Ika Bina Argo Wisesa terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Guha Uleue. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian analisis regresi linier sederhana, serta menguji hipotesis menggunakan uji T (parsial) dan juga uji koefisiesn determinasi (R2). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel penerapan CSR (X) seca signifian memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap variabel kesejahteraan masyarakat (Y), Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan hasil berdasarkan uji reliabilitas Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) (X) dapat disimpulkan nilai crobach alpha, 0,736>0,6 yang berarti dinyatakan reliabel. Sedangkan reliabilitas Kesejahteraan Masyarakat (Y) dapat disimpulkan nilai cronbach alpha 0,737>0,6 yang berarti dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) PT. Ika Bina Argo Wisesa memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat pada Desa Guha Uleue. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Ika Bina Argo Wisesa sangat bermanfaat dan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar perusahaan khususnya masyarakat desa Guha Uleue.
