Alat Ukur Suhu Tubuh Non Contacdengan Output Suara dan Tampilan P10 Berbasis Mikrokontroler Atmega 328

Abstract

With the development of the corona virus that is endemic in the world today, it is the most important thing for human life. Especially where this pandemic applies several policies or regulations to the entire community by prohibiting people from leaving their homes to prevent the spread of this corona virus. Early prevention of the spread of covid is done by checking body temperature The initial prevention of the spread of Covid is carried out by checking body temperature. Body temperature checks have been implemented at several entrances, public places, and shopping centers. In this study the authors want to maximize the use of technology which can make a non-contac body temperature measuring device based on the Atmega328 mi-crocontroller using the MLX90614 sensor to measure temperature in Celsius units. The body temperature value will be displayed through the P10 module and with the sound output displayed, the temperature will be displayed graphically. The hardware of this tool consists of ultrasonic sensor, P10 module, Dfmini player, memory and active speakers. In this final report the author has succeeded in getting an accuracy result of 2.0. The results of this body temperature measurement get a value that is close to an infrared thermometer if the distance between the object and the sensor is 0-5 cm from the object with precise placement of the sensor and object.

Dengan perkembangan corona virus yang sedang mewabah di dunia sekarang ini meerupakan hal yang terpenting bagi kehidupan manusia. Terutama dimana pandemi ini menerapkan beberapa kebijakan atau peraturan kepada seluruh masyarakat dengan melarang masyarakat untuk tidak keluar rumah demi mencegah penyebaran virus corona ini. Pencegahan awal penyebaran covid ini dilakukan dengan ara pengecekan suhu tubuh. Pengecekan suhu tubuh ini sudah di terapkan di beberapa pintu masuk, tempat tempat umum, pusat pembelanjaan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi dimana dapat membuat sebuah alat ukur suhu tubuh non contac berbasis mikrokontroler Atmega328 dengan menggunakan sensor MLX90614 untuk mengukur suhu dalam satuan celcius. Nilai suhu tubuh akan di tampilkan melallui modul P10 dan dengan output suara yang di tampilkan yang suhunya akan di tampilkan secara grafik. Perangkat keras alat ini terdiri dari sensor ultrasonik, modul P10, Dfmini player, memori dan speaker aktif. Pada laporan tugas akhir ini penulis telah berhasil mendapatkan hasil akurasi sebesar 2,0 hasil dari pengukuran suhu tubuh ini mendapat nilai yang mendekati dekati dengan thermometer infrared jika jarak antara objek dan sensor 0-5 cm dari objek dengan peletakan sensor dan objek yang presisi.
