    Pengaruh Human Capital Management dan Karateristik Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Medan Cabang Katamso

    Abstract
    Performance is one part in the progress of a company's setbacks. Employees themselves are the main actors in their hard work for the company. However, the lack of employees' understanding of job descriptions, makes the lack of discipline in working time for employees to run properly. Factors that can maintain employee performance include Human Capital Management and Organizational Culture. This study aims to determine how the influence of Human Capital Management on Employee Performance PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch, analyzed the influence of Organizational Culture Characteristics on Employee Performance of PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch and analyze the influence of Human Capital Management and Organizational Culture Characteristics Performance of PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch with samples taken as many as 30 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire method which was measured using a Likert scale. The analytical method used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that Human Resource Management and Organizational Culture have an effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the determination test, the Adjusted R Square value of 0.547 means 54.7%, so it can be concluded that there is a direct relationship between the variables of Human Capital Management, Organizational Culture Characteristics, and Performance Personnel. R Square value of 0.578 (57.8%) the independent variables of Human Capital Management and Organizational Culture Characteristics simultaneously have an effect of 57.8% on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
     
    Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu bagian dalam kemajuan ataupun kemunduran suatu perusahaan. Karyawan sendiri menjadi pelaku utama dalam mengerahkan dedikasi kerjanya kepada perusahaan. Namun kurangnya pemahaman karyawan terhadap deskripsi pekerjaannya, membuat kurangnya disiplin waktu kerja pada karyawan berjalan dengan semestinya. Faktor yang dapat mempertahankan kinerja karyawan diantaranya melalui Human Capital Management dan Budaya Organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Human Capital Management terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Cabang Katamso , menganalisis pengaruh Karateristik Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Cabang Katamso serta menganalisis pengaruh Human Capital Management dan Karateristik Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Cabang Katamso. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Cabang Katamso dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengambil sample dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Human Capital Management dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square 0,547 berarti 54,7%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat korelasi secara langsung antara variabel Human Capital Management, Karateristik Budaya Organisasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,578 (57,8%) variabel bebas Human Capital Management dan Karateristik Budaya Organisasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 57,8% terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
