    Analisis Strategi Pemasaran dalam Pengembangan Usaha Ponsel di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 (Studi pada Alfatih Ponsel Percut Sei Tuan Kota Medan)

    Abstract
    Strategy is an important thing to do in running a business in order to be able to achieve the marketing goals of a company. Decreased sales during the Covid-19 pandemic and increasing business competition during the Covid-19 pandemic. Requires business people to continue to develop their business in order to compete with other businesses by having a marketing strategy. This study aims to analyze how Al-Fatih's cell phone marketing strategy is in developing a cellphone business during the Covid-19 pandemic and this study aims to find out how Al-Fatih's cell phone marketing strategy is in developing its business during the pandemic. This study uses a qualitative method. Selection of research informants (subjects) based on purposive technique. The informants in this study consisted of key informants (key informants), main informants, and supporting informants. Data or information collected through observation(observation)and interview (in depth interview) with the strategy of triangulation and literature through various theories from journals and books related thesis object of research, news, pictures and mobile phone business rules. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the marketing strategy is carried out by paying attention to segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP). And also by paying attention to the marketing mix which consists of the 4p elements, namely product, price, promotion, place. Al-Fatih focuses on students / I and students as the main target during the covid-19 pandemic. Regarding the 4p elements of the product strategy, namely Al-Fatih selling the latest and complete products, the price strategy is by reducing sales profits and providing promos. Promotion strategy is to promote through online media and direct media. Regarding the location strategy, Al-Fatih has a strategic location.
     
    Strategi pemasaran adalah hal yang penting dilakukan dalam menjalankan sebuah bisnis agar mampu mencapai tujuan pemasaran suatu perusahaan. Menurunya penjualan di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan semakin meningkatnya persaingan bisnis pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Mengharuskan pebisnis dapat terus mengembangkan usahanya agar dapat bersaing dengan pebisnis lainnya dengan memiliki strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi pemasaran Al-Fatih ponsel dalam mengembangakan usah ponsel di masa pandemi Covid-19 dan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Al-Fatih ponsel dalam mengembangkan usahanya di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pemilihan informan penelitian (subjek) dengan berdasarkan Teknik purposive. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari informan kunci (key Informan), informan utama, dan informan pendukung. Data atau informasi dikumpulkan melalui pengamatan (observation) dan wawancara mendalam (in dept interview) dengan strategi triangulasi dan studi pustaka dilakukan melalui berbagai teori dari buku-buku jurnal dan skripsi terkait objek penelitian, berita, gambar dan aturan-aturan usaha ponsel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan memperhatikan segmentation, targeting, positioning (STP). Dan juga dengan memperhatikan marketing mix yang terdiri dari unsur-unsur 4p yaitu product, price, promotion, place. Al-Fatih memfokuskan para siswa/I dan mahasiswa sebagai target utama di masa pandemi covid-19. Terkait unsur 4p strategi produk yaitu Al-Fatih menjual produk-produk yang terbaru dan lengkap, Strategi harga yaitu dengan mengurangi keuntungan penjualan dan memberikan promo-promo. Strategi promosi yaitu mempromosikan melalui media online dan media langsung. Terkait strategi tempat yaitu Al-Fatih memiliki lokasi yang strategis.
