    Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan PT. Palarudhibi Teguh Makmur Medan

    Abstract
    Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a behavior that describes how an individual has a high initiative and is very sensitive to the state of his organization. OCB can arise from various factors within the organization, including the existence of job satisfaction from employees and high organizational commitment. When employees feel satisfied with the work they do, then the employee will work optimally in completing his work, even doing some things that may be outside of his duties. Likewise, when someone has a high commitment to his organization, then that person will do whatever it takes to advance his company because of his belief in his organization. This study aims to analyze how the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. Palarudhibi Teguh Makmur. The influence between job satisfaction and commitment will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out through the saturated sampling and used 33 respondents as samples. The data collection used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used instrument test of reliability validity, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant effect either partially or jointly on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employees of PT. Palarudhibi Teguh Makmur Focal Point Medan by 25.7%. This means that the behavior of job satisfaction and organizational commitment possessed by employees is sufficient. Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the more employees feel job satisfaction and the higher the employee's organizational commitment, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
     
    Organizational Citizenship Behavior adalah perilaku yang menggambarkan bagaimana seorang individu memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi dan sangat peka terhadap keadaan organisasinya. OCB dapat timbul dari berbagai faktor dalam organisasi, diantaranya adanya kepuasan kerja dari karyawan dan komitmen organisasi yang tinggi. Ketika karyawan merasakan kepuasan terhadap pekerjaan yang dilakukannya, maka karyawan tersebut akan bekerja secara maksimal dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya, bahkan melakukan beberapa hal yang mungkin di luar tugasnya. Begitu juga dengan ketika seseorang mempunyai komitmen yang tinggi terhadap organisasinya, maka orang tersebut akan melakukan apapun untuk memajukan perusahaannya karena keyakinannya terhadap organisasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Palarudhibi Teguh Makmur. Pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen tersebut akan di analisis secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui sampel teknik sampel jenuh dan menggunakan 33 responden sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen validitas reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT. Palarudhibi Teguh Makmur Focal Point Medan sebesar 25,7 %. Artinya perilaku kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional yang dimiliki oleh karyawan sudah cukup perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior, semakin karyawan merasakan kepuasan kerja dan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional karyawan maka semakin tinggi juga Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
