Abstract

Cyber crime could reasonably include a wide variety of criminal offences. There are many Cyber crime havi the same character with the conventional offences. The main difference, Cyber crime was known as a crime committed using a computer as a tool and it involves direct contact between the criminal and the computer. The offences committed to secret, integrity, computer data and system availability were need a special attention, because it has a difference of charater with the conventionai offences.
