INTRODUCTION Disal femur fractures have an incidence of 3-6% from all of the femur fractures, they can cause a morbidity and mortality, high incidence was found in young male group, it is important to do a research about the outcome of open reduction and internal fixation for distal femur fracture in RSHAM, to evaluale the treatment.
