Perbedaan Ekspresi Protein Bax antara Endometrioma dan Karsinoma Ovarium

Abstract

Objective: To dercibe the difference of protein BAX expression between endometrioma and ovarian carcinoma. Method : This study is observational study with cross sectional approach. Through non random convenient sampling.This study was performed by collecting data from medical record and assesing expression BAX protein of cells derived from paraffin block from laparascopy or laparatomy procedure on immunohistochemical examination.
