The objectives of this research was to determine the growth and yield response of rice to rice husk application, combined with two levels of nitrogen fertilization. The research was conducted in the village of Gampong Bate Puteh District of Langsa Lama Langsa, began in May to November 2012. The study design used is Split Split Plot design with three treatments and three replications factors. The first factor is the dose of urea fertilizer as main plots consisting of two (2) level of 250 kg ha-1 and 400 kg ha-1, the second factor is the rice varieties as subplot consisting of two (2) varieties namely Ciherang and Inpari 13, the third factor is the dose and rice husk as the sub-sub plot consisting of 4 (four) levels ie 0, 5, 10, and 15 ton ha-1. The results of research showed that the interaction of urea 250 kg ha-1, varieties and rice husk 5 to 15 tons ha-1 affects an increasing amount of plant chlorophyll, root dry weight, dry weight of the canopy, net assimilation rate and relative growth rate on Inpari 13 and Ciherang. C-organic soil, and increase of dry milled grain weight on Ciherang. While the rice husk 5 to 15 tons ha-1 increased Si-total of soil and Si-total crop.en_US
