Abstract

Community Health Center, abbreviated as Puskesmas, is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts. And along with the development of internet technology at this time is expected to make it easier for people to get information. However, at some puskesmas at this time, not all of them have a personal website to distribute accurate information, so that the information obtained by the community is very affordable. This website is designed using the Waterfall method, and uses the PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages to create the Web. This website was created to collect information on Puskesmas in the city of Medan into one website, so that the Puskesmas Information System is expected to help and facilitate the public to obtain information about the Puskesmas in the city of Medan. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this Puskesmas website can be a problem solving solution in order to obtain effective and informative information for the community
