Pump performance can be affected by the diameter of the discharge pipe used. The pump is basically driven by a diesel fuel motor which is a fossil fuel, so it is necessary to find other fuel alternatives. B30 and plastic oil are alternative fuels to reduce the use of diesel fuel because they have a calorific value that is not much different from diesel. This study aims to obtain specific fuel consumption, fuel consumption rate, outlet pressure, pump suction pressure, output discharge, pump head and pump efficiency. This research method used a 2 factorial completely randomized design (RAL factorials) with 15 treatments. The results showed that the specific fuel consumption and the highest rate of fuel consumption were obtained with the use of 100% plastic oil as fuel, and variations in the diameter of the outlet pipe gave results that were not significantly different. Variation of outlet pipe and variation of fuel on suction pressure, outlet pressure, discharge, head, and efficiency have significantly different effects. The highest suction pressure was obtained when using 100% B30 with a 2-incih pipe diameter of 27.108 kPa. The largest outlet pressure is the use of 100% B30 with a pipe diameter of 1 incih, which is 55.158 kPa. The highest discharge is found in the use of 100% B30 with a pipe diameter of 2 incihes, which is 0.00618 m3/s. The highest pump head is found in the use of 100% B30 on a 1 incih pipe diameter of 7.02 m. The highest pump efficiency is found in the use of 100% B30 on a 1 incih pipe diameter of 13.92%. This shows the addition of plastic oil with a high percentage can reduce pump performance
