    Abstract
Severe head Injury have primary and secondary brain damage. Secondary brain damage have worst effect than the primary one. For that kind of reason, the process of secondary brain damage should be stop to find the maximum result of patient management. The difficult thing is to make sure, whether the secondary brain damage are very bad or, in the other hand, still in an optimistic condition, then patient management would have a good result. Prognosis decision, that is what would be important in patient management.
