dc.description.abstractobjective: To know the differences of prostacycline level in menstrual fluid between a dysmenorrheal and non dysmenorrhea complaint on reproductive women. Methods: This study uses cross sectional study design by using primary data. Primary data consists of the result of menstrual blood collections on the first and second day, also questionnaires about personal identity and menstruation history. Results: Based on the study result with Anova test on the relationship between the serum level of prostacyclin and type of dysmenorrhea, the p value is <0,05, which shows relationship between serum level of prostacyclin and type of dysmenorrhea. subjects with dysmenorrhea will have reduced serum level of prostacyclin. The study result with Anova test on the relationship between the serum level of prostacyclin and pain degree, the p value is < 0,05, which shows relationship between the serum level of prostacyclin and pain degree. The serum level of prostacyclin is directly proportional to pain degree Conclusions: There is significant relationship between the serum of prostacyclin and dysmenorrhea complaint on reproductive women.en_US
