Sixty six participants consisting 33 neonates with jaundice and the neonates without jaundice. Urine culture was performed in all participants. Categorical data was analyzed by using Fisher exact test. Significancy was set at P < 0,05. Results: Of 66 participants, 6 have had positive urine culture (2 in neonates with jaundice, and 4 in neonates without jaundice). Statistical analysis was showed a nonsignificant association between variables ( P= 0.67 ). The most frequent caused of UTI in neonates is Enterococcus spp. Conclusion: There was no significant association between UTI with clinical neonatal jaundiceen_US
