Pengaruh Pelayanan Publik dan Partisipasi Masyarakat terhadap Efektivitas Pembangunan Jalan dan Jembatan di Kabupaten Gayo Lues

Abstract

In an attempt construction of roads and bridges in the district of Gayo Lues, the government faced obstacles not only in financing but also the problem of rejection from society due to a mismatch between the facilities constructed and their needs are, so community involvement is an effective way. With the public service of the government and public participation will not only answer the second issue, but there are many more benefits for both parties. It is necessary to discuss how to influence public services and public participation on the effectiveness of the construction of roads and bridges in the district of Gayo Lues and how to influence the effectiveness of the construction of roads and bridges to the development of the district of Gayo Lues using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneous public service and community participation to affect the increased effectiveness of the construction of roads and bridges. Partially as follows: public services increased significantly influence the effectiveness of the construction of roads and bridges. Community participation is a significant influence on increasing the effectiveness of the construction of roads and bridges. Effectiveness of roads and bridges affect the development of the area due to public access in trade, education and health services
