Perbedaan Kadar Hemoglobin, Hematokrit dan Trombosit Darah Intra Pleura dengan Intra Vena pada Penderita Hemotorak

Abstract

Hemothorax can occur to the chest trauma patient that engender blood collection into thoracic cavity until 3 liter of blood volume. For this reason, the chest traumatic patient with hemothorax frequently need prompt and large amount of blood transfusion. One of method to entail of blood transfusion promptly with minimal cost and according to the blood volume required is to perform direct un-processing autotransfusion. Is un-processing intrapleural blood components can fulfilled to the requirement according to the usual criteria how big is the percentage of disparities to the intravenous blood component and which factors can attribute to the intrapleural blood concentration? This research was perform to the hemothorax patients due to trauma and comparing the hemoglobin, hematocrit and trombosit intrapleural to the intravenous. This research also analyzed the correlation of factors such as age, time interval and initial blood volume to the hemoglobin, hematocrit and trombosit intrapleural. The outcome is there was significant percentage disparity between mean of intrapleural compared by intravenous blood components and there was initial blood volume factor had linear correlation with negative interpolation pattern to the hemoglobin and hematocrit intrapleural.
