Agung, it is known that employee performance is classified as not optimal, it can
be seen from the non-physical work environment that employees are still less
cohesive at work and work interaction between superiors and employees is still
lacking, besides the motivation given by the leadership is not enough to satisfy
employees, and in discipline work is still said to be not good because there are still
many employees who are not disciplined at work.
This study aims to determine the effect of non-physical work environment,
motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT.Fajar
Agung. The influence of non-physical work, motivation and work discipline will be
analyzed passively and simultaneously on employee performance.
The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an
associative approach. Sampling was carried out by probability samples and used
64 respondents as samples. The primary data used in this study was obtained by
distributing questionnaires directly to employees, while the secondary data was
obtained by means of a literature study. The data analysis method used is validity
test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment,
motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect either partially
or jointly on the performance of employees of PT. Fajar Agung by 52.7%. This
means that the behavior of the non-physical work environment, motivation, and
work discipline owned by employees is sufficient to explain employee performance,
the better employees in the non-physical work environment, motivation and work
discipline will also improve employee performance.
