dc.description.abstractA tool for measuring height and mass as well as ideal body condition information has been developed. To assess height and mass simultaneously and determine whether the measured mass is ideal or not, a measuring instrument is used in this study. This measuring device uses a loadcell sensor for weight measurement, an ultrasonic sensor for height measurement, and Arduino Uno as a control module. Arduino processes data from two sensors to calculate body mass index (BMI). Values for optimal height, weight and weight are displayed on the LCD. In addition, the speaker provides information about the condition of the body, including under normal, normal, overweight, and obese. The average success rates for measuring mass and height were 98.05% and 97.97%, respectively, according to test results and data analysis. While the percentage of success in displaying voice information is 95%.en_US
