For the examination of estrogen levels, 5 cc venous blood were taken and examined in the Prodia Clinic laboratory. Data were tabulated and presented in a frequency distribution table. To analyze the correlation between variables, Pearson correlation statistic test were used when the data normally distributed based on Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and Spearman correlation statistic test were used when the data were not normally distributed. Results: A total of 48 post menopausal women participated in the study. Correlation between age and estrogen levels was -O.47 and significant (p <0.05), which shows the moderate strength of negative correlation. Correlation between estrogen levels and degree of anxiety shows a strong positive correlation (r = 0.62). There is difference in the degree of anxiety with the duration of menopause (p <0.05). There is no difference in the degree of anxiety with the level of education (p> 0.05). Conclusion: The lower estrogen levels in postrnenopausal woman, diminishing the degree of anxiety.en_US
