dc.description.abstractTraumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is a condition that can cause low individual adaptive behavior Self-feeding skill include in independent functioning domain of adaptive behavior. This research aim to know self-feeding skill improvement to a child with TBI after completed behavior modification therapy with total task presentation chaining technique. Research was done with qualitative approach and data was collected by observation and interview methods. Research subject was a boy with TBI and low self-feeding skill. Results shows that application of total task presentation chaining can improve self- feeding skill at child with TBI. It can be seen from improvement of self-feeding skill, start from initiative to take spoon, spoon grabbing, food scooping, entering food to mouth, and taking spoon out from mouth skills.en_US
