The dangers of formaldehyde to human health require us to be able to know whether or not there is formalin content which is generally used to preserve food. Formaldehyde in food is fast and easy. To operato as an indicator of the presence of formaldehyde in food. The use of a gas sensor is the fastest way for formalin used in food because it does not require a chemical process that is not instant. The HCHO gas sensor is used as a device to taste HCHO gas and then convert it into a digital value or electrical signal and send it to Arduino to be processed and processed into a gas concentration unit in parts per million (ppm). With the method, it can be known practically formalin abuse in food.en_US
