The data obtained were analyzed through univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with Chi-square test, and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression tests. The result of multiple logistic regression tests showed that the knowledge and attitude of health workers were the variables influencing on the utilization of health service for cervical cancer early detection. The variables with the biggest influence were the attitude of health workers (p = 0.000, Exp (B) = 20.040), and the knowledge (p = 0. 000, Exp (B) = 13. 797). The probability of the mothers with good knowledge and supported by the health workers with good attitude to utilize the cervical cancer early detection health service through IVA test war 98.87%.
