Aquaponics is a cultivation system that combines aquaculture and hydroponics in a symbiotic environment. Aquaponics consists of two important components, namely the hydroponic section where plants grow, and the aquaculture section where fish are raised. With the existence of aquaponics, it can reduce water pollution produced by fish farming and also become an alternative to reduce the amount of water used by aquaculture systems. In designing an aquaponics system, it is necessary to pay attention to several water quality factors from the aquarium that affect the circulation of the system. One of these factors is the level of turbidity of the water. To improve water quality in aquaponics, a Turbidity sensor can be used to detect the level of turbidity. This requires a filter to maintain water quality in order to maintain the survival of living things in aquaponics. The results of the validation of the Turbidity sensor and filtering in the system test can improve water quality in aquaponics with a value of 32 NTU
