Hubungan Derajat Ofthalmopati dengan Fungsi Tiroid pada Penderita Hypertiroidism (Grave Disease) di RSUP H.Adam Malik

Abstract

Introduction : graves opthalmopaty is one of importanl sign of autoimmune graves disease. TSH reseptor is important canJidate autoantigen which mainly role for hypertiroid condition on abnormality formation thyroid hormone. lt can befound in orbit connection tissue. Purpose : To measure correlation between of graves opthalmopaty degree with thyroid hormone function such as rc,1 4 , fSH ana tSH reseptor in graves drsease_ Methods : This study according to cross sectional by accompany 26 subject of patients in RSUP. H . Adam Malik t\/edan since January until march, 2015. Degree of graves ophtalmopaty based on Noipecs Classification. T3, T4, TSH, TSH reseptor examination using Elisa. analysis of data performed to age, sex, end duration of disease. Result : There were signiftcant correlation between degree of graves opthalmopaty with duration of disease ( p = 0,OOl ) ind sign-ificant correlation between degree graves opthalmopaty with thyroid hormone T4 and TSH reseptor ( p = 0,0001 ).

Pendahuluan : Oftalmopati graves merupakan salah satu tanda penting penyakit autoimun graves. TSH reseptor merupakan kandidat autoantigen yang berperan terhadap terjadinya hipertiroid atau pembentukan hormon tiroid yang abnormal dan diekspresikan di jaringan ikat orbita. Tujuan : Mempelajari hubungan derajat oftalmopati dengan fungsi tiroid T3, T4, TSH, TSH reseptor pada penderita graves disease. Metode: Studi pengukuran secara cross sectional rnelibatkan 26 subjek penderita grayes dlsease di RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan sejak Januari 2015 hingga Maret 2015. Derajat keparahan oftalmopati ditentukan berdasarkan klasifikasi Nospecs. 73, T4, TSH dan TSH reseptor diperiksa dengan cara Elisa. Analisis juga dilakukan terhadap usia, jenis kelamin, lama penyakit. Hasil : Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara lama penyakit dengan derajat Nospecs dengan p = 0,001. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara fungsi tiroid T4, TSH reseptor dengan derajat Nospecs dengan p = 0,0001
