dc.description.abstract | Organizational success is never separated from employee performance, where company performance is largely determined by employee performance, so if company performance wants to be improved, employee performance must be considered. Paying attention to organizational culture and providing good compensation within the organization is very important, where the emphasis on culture as a guide in shaping the attitudes and behavior of each member involved in the organization and providing good compensation can improve employee performance.
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and financial compensation on employee performance at PT. Tamiang Sari. The influence between organizational culture and financial compensation will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on employee performance.
The form of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was done through probability sampling technique using 56 respondents as samples. The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly, while the secondary data was obtained through previous research. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The results of the research conducted indicate that the organizational culture variable (X₁) and financial compensation (X2) have a positive and significant effect either partially or jointly on the performance of employees of PT. Tamiang Sari by 19.9%. It means that organizational culture and financial compensation owned by employees are sufficient to explain employee performance. The better the organizational culture and financial compensation of employees in the company, the better the performance of employees. | en_US |
