dc.description.abstractThe waste processing of tofu and rice straw can be used as the basic material for making biogas. Tofu processing waste which has an acidic pH will result a non-optimal biogas production. This research was conducted with 4 treatments using NaOH and the variations of beef bone chalk 1%, 2% and 3% with 3 replications. The purpose of this study was to obtain the value of volume, pressure, biogas production rate and optimal flame on the addition of NaOH and beef bone chalk. The result showedt the highest flame and biogas production rate of all treatments obtained by adding 3% of beef bone chalk flame was 64,48 seconds with a blue colour and value of biogas production rate is 962 ml/day. The highest value of volume was obtained by adding 3 % of beef bone chalk is 2.210,33 ml and the highest value of pressure was obtained by adding 2% and 3% of beef bone chalk is 1,0159 bar.en_US
