Karo regency is one of the biggerst citrus-producing district in Indonesia.
However, farmers have not received a great benefit for them. The abundant of
citrus production is not comparable with the income received by farmers. This
research was conducted to determine the post-harvest problems faced by
stakeholders, and also to find alternative technologies that can be applied to
citrus production, so that the bulky production of citrus could be benefit to
