dc.description.abstractAlgorithm one Time Pad (OTP) is a symmetric algorithm and key length which plainteksnya same length, this has resulted in the decline in the level of security when the plaintext message is getting long. RSA is an asymmetric algorithm by using a public key and a private key. The combination of these two algorithms is expected that the length of the message to be encrypted with a One Time pad algorithms remain safe, and no problems in the key distribution process. The key is generated by a random number will be divided into two processes. The first process will be directly encrypted using RSA algorithm so that the key is not too big and send it to the recipient. while the second process, the key will be in again until the key length equals the length of the message. The key is the one that win be used to encrypt the message with the OTP of our algorithms. Vice versa the decryption process. These results indicate that an increase in security on the length of text messages and the time needed to process the encryption ad decryption are relatively shorten_US
