dc.description.abstractVyvian W Siagian, research “Hydroponics of Mustard Vegetable Crops Different Varieties with AB Mix Nutrient and Self-made Nutrient Formulation”, supervised by Ir. Bintang, MP and Ir. Fauzi, MP. This research is aimed to find a differences production from hydroponics of mustard vegetable crops which is have a different varity within AB Mix nutrient and self-made nutrient formulation. It was located at Kompleks Citra Arkadia Jl. Bunga Wijaya Padang Bulan, Medan on June 2015 until September 2015. This research used the randomized block design with three treatments and two replications that is variety treatment with three extent consisting of Tosakan, Shinta, and Caisim; nutrient treatment consisting of AB Mix nutrient and self-made nutrient; timer treatment consisting of non-timer and timer. The result showed that Shinta variety significantly affected on plant height (4 weeks after planting) and number of leaves (4 and 6 weeks after planting), self-made nutrient siginificantly affected on number of leaves (6 weeks after planting) and another treatment were not siginificantly affected on plant height (3 and 6 weeks after planting) and number of leaves (3 weeks after planting). In every treatment significantly affected on shoot weight however were not significantly affected on root length and fresh plant weight.en_US
